Our name is a blend of two ingredients, the foremost ‘Mother’ being a representation of our longstanding devotion towards Mother Nature, and the latter ‘Pearl’ is derivative of our signature product – handcrafted tapioca drinks packed with delight, nutrition and insatiable deliciousness.

We believe in making positive actions, no matter the size because we understand that small changes are necessary to encourage wider repercussions. So to initiate, our first baby step is to offer a clean alternative to the universally-adored bubble tea drink, formulated over time with nutritionists and experts in healthy eating, a drink infused with Asian heritage ingredients and executed with modern, plant-based techniques. Mother Pearl is everything you expect from a bubble tea, but without the guilt that comes from drinking it.

夏日特飲﹕藍藻白雲 Glimpse of Sunburst

「藍藻白雲」由深邃的海藍主色調漸變到頂層輕如白雲的椰子奶蓋，是適合夏日享用的完美特飲。它基調的藍藻糖漿是在香港自家工場每日新鮮製作，採用超級食材物藍藻、粉紅岩鹽及羅漢果糖製作，絕不是藥水糖漿。岩鹽為清甜果香的特飲增添了獨特的淡鹽海水風味，營造出既清新又令人驚喜的味道。而我們自家製的蝶豆花奇亞籽啫喱就像埋藏在海底的藍寶石，加入超級食材奇亞籽及蝶豆花，既有咬口也可以改善肌膚健康。最後點綴的黃金柚子，讓人聯想到寧靜大海上瞥見的黎明晨㬢、宛如置身在大自然中作靜謐的冥想。

The natural blue spirulina gives the drink a deep blue color, reminiscent of the ocean's serenity, While our house-made butterfly pea chia seed jelly is a hidden sapphire gem hidden at the ocean bottom. Our house-made oat cashew mylk, ice, cube and poured over a colorful swirl of natural blue spirulina & pink salt syrup to create a silky ocean blend, topped with fluffy coconut froth for a cloud-looking finish, reminiscent of serene summer morning days.
